What is Pedal Dancer™

History of my experience as a Pedal Dancer

Come along on my adventures as a fan in 2012 as I travel to the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix, Tour of California, Tour de France, and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge.

Pedal Dancer is an online guide for professional cycling fans. Offering tips, insight, education, and encouragement to fans of professional cycling on how to travel to, ride at, and cheer for races in the U.S.A. and Europe. PedalDancer.com has grown into a content website stuffed full of cycling resources, offering links and recommendations for the amateur cyclist wanting to ride and behave like a pro, but with a huge dose of fun mixed into every pedal stroke. This site is intended to make you feel good, get excited and be inspired by the sport of cycling. For all if us who know and understand Sport is passion and emotion, defeat and triumph - the perfect analogy to life.

Part-time Cycling Librarian/Researcher, Cycling Guidebook writer, Traveler, Photographer, Cyclist, and huge Fan, I have earned my stripes, yet feel akin to every single fan I meet and am so interested in your story. I have been to the Tour de France 5 times as a fan, to the Critérium du Dauphiné, Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix, Tour of California since the beginning, and the USA Pro Cycling Challenge in 2011. I have cycled in many countries, and lived overseas in SE Asia for 5 years. I have traveled to 21 countries, inspired by my Father who worked in oil & gas and geological exploration, and would bring me rock and sand samples from around the world, I love nature and mountains. I am an American citizen and an Irish citizen. I live in beautiful Colorado. I have carried media credentials beginning in 2011.
